Description

Box of 8 decorated Broxburn, self fitting candles (only 2 candles in the box). Box depicts scene of a woman in fine dress sewing by candlelight over looked by a man also dressed in fine clothes. Dates c. 1920.

Label at edges of box slightly worn where originally opened and aging of box overall visible in darkened colour change.
