album of 11 photographs of various views of the Dedridge to Oakbank aerial haulage ropeway, circa 1912. The ropeway carried shale from Newfarm No 3 & 4 mine to Oakbank Oil Works, commencing in 1908 and stopping 1919 005 Oakbank terminus of the ropeway where shale was tipped into a bunker from which the hopper hutches used to feed the retorts would be filled.
