Description
Duplicate Minute of Agreement between The County Council of the County of Midlothian and Young's Paraffin Light and Mineral Oil Company re Level Crossing at Wilsontown Road. Dated 27th March 1935, the agreement concerns the construction of a new level crossing close to that already existing on the Wilsontown Road. A plan accompanies the document, the road picked out in yellow, the West Calder Burn and the existing line in blue and the new line and level crossing in red. Titled "Proposed level crossing on Lanark Road", it has a scale of roughly 4 13/16 inches to 1000 feet.
