Linlithgowshire County Council - Minute re. Wayleave on 3 Level Crossings in Broxburn namely Refinery Level Crossing, with double rails: Greendykes Level Crossing with single line: Crossgreen Level Crossing with single line all operated by The Broxburn Oil Company. The Minute is part of the Minutes of meeting of the Bathgate District Committee of the County Council of the County of Linlithgow held at Bathgate on 9th July 1901. Attached is a letter from the Council to The Broxburn Oil Compnay signed by W. Allan District Clerk referring to increased payment for the wayleaves dated 7th November 1901 and a memorandum from The Broxburn Oil Company Limited signed by N.M. Henderson accepting the Notice of Charges dated 9th November 1901.
