Duplicate Minute of Agreement between the Calder District Committee of the Midlothian County Council and Young's Paraffin Light and Mineral Oil Company Limited re crossing Polbeth Road (no. 62 on the list of Highways of the Calder District of Mid lothian) with a level crossing associated with the proposed railway to Gavisside New Mine. The Minute of Agreement is dated 26 October and 2 November 1904 and is signed by Henry Shaw Macpherson and Robert McEwan, Directors Youngs Paraffin Light and Mineral Oil Company and by John Graham Fairley and Francis Grove Haldane, Members of Calder District Committee.
