    • In connection the construction the branch railway near Blackridge, application for leave to lay down temporary crossing was made by the contractors. After consulting the clerk, be granted permission condition that it be made and maintained in efficient manner, and that its removal the roadway restored to the surveyor's satisfaction, and that the District Committee be relieved all liability for claims damages in connection there
