143416 - Decision by Bathgate District Committee of Linlithgow County Council on 9th July 1901, to charge wayleave on existing level crossings. The Broxburn Oil Company have another crossing at the top of the hill on the road between Uphall and Ecclemachan. The circumstances here are very similar to those of the high crossing on the Greendykes Road, and a like payment is recommended.
